Here, you can calculate the installments of your financing yourself and compare the installment that the bank has been charging (compound interest) to the amount you should be paying since the beginning of the contract (simple interest). It is important to highlight that everything that has already been paid the greater you have the right to get back from the bank or even lowering your current debtor balance. Example: let's assume that the bank has calculated its installment in the amount of R $ 800.00, so that you have already paid 10 installments in a total of 36. By re-calculating through our table you have found the value of R $ 600.00, which means the correct amount to be paid. This means that you paid in each installment R $ 200.00 more and therefore would have to be repaid in that amount multiplied by the amount of installments paid (R $ 200.00 x 10 = R $ 2,000.00) with due updates, and fixes. To calculate the exact amount of your installment simply follow the following steps: Click on the Financial Calculation file to open it on your computer screen; Enter the amount financed, the amount of benefits and the interest rate in their respective fields; Note that the red installment is exactly the one that the bank calculated for you or is very close to it. This difference may exist due to the IOF and the Credit Opening Rate (TAC) included in the agreement. The blue installment has the correct value, that is, the one you should have been paying since the beginning of the contract. Remember that everything you have already paid the most should be written off your debit balance, so that your balance may possibly be further reduced.
